Dear Chaparral Families,

My name is Shannon Madsen and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of Chaparral Middle School. As Assistant Principal, I am committed to fostering an environment that not only promotes academic excellence but also encourages the holistic development of each and every student. I firmly believe that education is a collaborative effort, one that involves the collective engagement of teachers, parents, and students alike. Together, we can create an atmosphere where innovation, critical thinking, and a passion for learning can thrive.

In collaboration with our outstanding teaching staff, I aim to maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every student feels valued, heard, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. I am dedicated to upholding the values and traditions that make Chaparral Middle School a center of excellence in education, while also embracing new opportunities for growth and improvement.

I am here not only to support the students and staff but also to serve as a resource for parents and guardians.
