Achieving Character Together
ACT (Achieving Character Together) is a daylong retreat offered by the counseling department once each trimester to students in all three grade levels. The purpose of ACT is to build positive character and leadership qualities in our students and to encourage improved interpersonal relationships through enjoyable group games and activities. Counselors, teaching staff, and student leaders help to guide the day's activities. Since care and support from family is important to our children's well being, parent input prior to the retreat (more will be explained at the parent meeting) is a key component of the ACT experience.
Our counselors and administration feel that the ACT program is a valuable experience for our students and encourage all students to participate.
